easily adjusted if needed based on where you are in your natural or IVF cycle.

Additionally, this class fosters an increased connection to your creativity, helping you find
balance and inspiration during this significant time. A suggested playlist will accompany the
class if you’d like to practice with music.

Her deep connection to nature continues to enrich her spiritual practice.

Can I take classes if I don’t want to get pregnant?
YES! Fertility is one facet of creativity. I encourage all women who want to open up their creative channels and have a deeper relationship with their feminine power and their birthright as creators. I invite women from all stages of life from maiden to crone. Women in menopause may not be creating children (but can thanks to the help of science) but they still have potent creative energy. Women are not only creators of life but also of endless expressions—artistic, intellectual, and divine.
The vinyasa and 1:1 classes are open to everyone and anyone.
What results can I expect in the Wild Wakening Fertility Classes ?
If you are trying to conceive, it's crucial to support your body, mind, and emotions to create the most optimal, stress-free, and healthy environment for fertility. By engaging in my classes, you will enhance your ability to manage life within the fertility journey and beyond.
You’ll experience greater confidence in your capacity to embrace joy and effectively navigate any challenges or setbacks. Instead of feeling depleted, you’ll find yourself rejuvenated, with a renewed access to your creative and fertile energy. What time of commitment do I have to make?
Like most things what you put in will directly impact what you get out of it. Depending on what you are looking to achieve there are many options with different types of time commitments. Joining a weekly online class would be 1 hour a week and would be a good fit for someone who is thinking about becoming pregnant in the future, wanting to connect to their creativity a bit more, or looking for a consistent class for relaxation and a feeling a deep inner peace.
The prerecorded classes would be as much or as little time as you choose as those classes you would do on your own online.
For those dealing with fertility struggles I suggest taking class 2-3 times per week
Those that are looking to do deeper work around fertility and/or creativity the 1:1 would be a 3 month commitment at least with the option to continue longer. You can expect to commit 2 hours a week.

Our vinyasa, 1:1 yoga, mediation, and digital library are completely open to men. If working within the 1:1 Wild Wakening Fertility Program you are welcome to include your partner in some of the sessions and modules if you’d like. At this time the Wild Wakening Online Classes for Fertility are for women only.
Can I continue even after getting pregnant?
Our work can carry over to postpartum, and beyond.
